OK, so why is it called "The Loopy CMS"?  What's so loopy about it?  Well, nothing, exactly, it's just that it evolved out of my site LoopyNews.com , an automated news site that originally focused on offbeat news stories.  Even LoopyNews isn't so loopy anymore.  It has feeds from over 360 Internet news sources, websites and weblogs, updated hourly and carries something like 7,000 headlines at a time.
